Amazing service! We were referred and called right away we thought we had the worlds worst carpet. After trying other carpet cleaners and not getting the cleanliness we wanted, Mike did an AMAZING job. We were so pleased and happy with the carpet. The absolute best carpet cleaning business in Ventura County. Mike scheduled an appointment and followed up with a text reminder the evening prior. Arrived right on schedule with a smile. I was told what the cost would be before the cleaning started. When Mike tells you he will take his time and clean every edge of your carpeting he does it without hesitation and tons of pride. Prices are excellent and you will enjoy the results. I would say don’t hesitate to call him if you need your carpets cleaned using safe products. Carpets dry within 1-2 hrs. Happy customer here.

Mike always goes above and beyond for each cleaning. Big or small. Reliable and flexible. Reasonable cost too! I have tried many carpet cleaners over the years. We have rentals and a vacation rental. The carpets get a lot of abuse. Spilled wine. Pets. Kids. The last guest had kids spilling all over the house. He got all of the spots removed. He cleans the sofas and steam cleans the tile too. Highly recommend him for any job.
Mike is amazing and a miracle worker. I have 2 big dogs who have been feeling vindictive lately inside the house, because of our shifting work schedule, and my house stunk like a kennel to the point that it was embarrassing. Nothing worked, included by several other carpet cleaning services. I was pondering the big expense of replacing all my flooring just to get rid of the doggy odor. But then I was fortunate to find him. 1-day’s service on short notice and he completely reversed the situation. My home now actually smells good without a whiff or trace of chemical residue and the carpet looks fantastic. Thank you Mike!! Now I know who can solve the problem when it’s time to clean carpets again.
Mike cleaned the carpets on a condo we just bought. I didn’t want them to be drenched to the pad as with a hot water extraction method. But I was also concerned about soil-attracting chemicals left in the carpet. Mike gave me a great scientific explanation of the chemicals they use in their particular process and inspired my confidence. You can learn about it on their website. Not all “dry” carpet cleaning is the same. He was prompt, really nice, took his time to get all corners and left us with very nice clean carpets. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

We were recently was displaced from the Thomas fire and were one of the lucky ones who’s house did not burn, but was in the fire zone with smoke, ash, and soot damage. The only thing we were hoping for was to back in our home for Christmas. We had called everyone in the phone book to try and get them to come clean my carpets and furniture and no one would come until after Christmas. Aroma went above and beyond working into the night that same afternoon. His stellar attention to detail kept him in my home very late making sure we had no issues. He didn’t realize this, but he gave an us early Christmas present. With being displaced for 2 weeks the only we were trying to is give our kids normalcy. It was important to us get back in our home so that our kids could celebrate at home and not in a hotel room. We will never be able to thank him enough, but he has sure made a customer of me. I will and do highly recommend Aroma Chem-Dry to clean your home.
We had Mike clean our carpets a couple of days ago, we have a blacktop road in front of our condo, smoke & soot damage & a very large family that stay on weekends, summers & holidays + friends over so our carpets looked ruined & the shag lay flat. Now our carpets are Cleaned & Beautiful, wish I had before & after so you could see the difference yourself. Mike did a wonderful job removing the stains from the high traffic stairs. I didn’t believe that was possible given the stains were pretty gnarly. Mike took his time to prep and clean carpet while being super friendly & informative at the same time. Not only Mike left the carpet cleaned and the house smelled wonderful – he left no traces of ever being there. I highly recommend Mike!
Aroma Fresh Chem-Dry came to my rescue! I was staying at an Airbnb in Ventura a few months ago and I had spilled wine on the carpet. I was frantic! Mike was amazing, cleaned my living room rug, stairs , and a large area rug, He is very professional, took his time, and very detailed. I’ve tried to shampoo these areas myself and it didn’t look much better. His work was awesome i was so tired of looking at the stains and traffic areas. Now they look absolutely fantastic. Very happy with his work. Will use him again soon to clean more areas!!!!
Called Mike on a Wednesday hoping to have an appointment the following week. We were surprised when he said he was available a couple days later on Saturday. He arrived on time and ready to get to work. He gave us a no bull estimate and stayed on budget. He was pleasant and friendly. We even chatted college football! We had some pet stains that were deep but he did such an awesome job that you can’t even tell there were stains there. Don’t be afraid to call Mike when you need some serious carpet cleaning and you won’t be sorry.
Service man arrived on time. Did a great job on my 29 year old carpet. Restored to looking new. Great cleaning process. I’ve had dogs in my home for years. All stains and odors were removed. A fresh lemon scent was applied including scotch guard. I will definitely have them come back again.

I used Chem-Dry for years–no drenched carpets, no bad smells– when I lived elsewhere. Michael provided my first Chem-Dry cleaning in Ventura and I am very glad I chose his service. He returned my initial call promptly, laid out the pricing clearly, and followed up with an email discussing what we had agreed upon on the phone. I was happy that his prices were based on the actual areas being cleaned rather than on the size of the room ( that might be half covered with furniture). He arrived two days after I first contacted him and did an excellent job on area rugs, stairs, and carpeted rooms. Gone a couple of nasty coffee stains and general grunge. From start to finish, Michael was professional and personable. I will be asking him to come again for next year’s spring cleaning.

Mike — owner-operator of Aroma Fresh Chem-Dry carpet and upholstery cleaning recently worked huge miracles at our Ojai home: We’d not had of our wall-to-wall carpeting and area rugs cleaned in years and the recent Thomas Fire and resulting ash had also soiled all of our out-door deck furniture upholstery. And our lovable pooch – in spite of being so adorable – had also soiled our indoor linen upholstered L-Shaped sectional sofa and frankly, I wasn’t optimistic that we’d have the results I was hoping for. Mike and his assistant worked a full day – almost 12-hours – and all I can say is that they performed like the “white tornado” in those old “Mr. Clean” commercials! Everything was transformed and restored to looking brand new once again! Their service and results totally surpassed my expectations. And they’re such nice guys to have in you home – that was a bonus! I can’t recommend them enough! Mike and his company of Aroma Fresh Chem-Dry should be YOUR “go-to” service guy when you need to clean and restore your soiled, dusty and/or stained furniture and carpets. I had Michael come to clean my upholstery, area rugs, and carpet after my house received smoke damage from the Thomas Fire. He arrived when he said he would and he took his time in cleaning everything. He did an incredible job. He is very honest, kind and trustworthy. This was my first time using Aroma Fresh Chem-Dry and it was fantastic! This is the cleanest my carpet has ever been. Micheal took his time and did a wonderful job. Mike did an outstanding job removing a stubborn water stain from water than seeped up through a low area in the foundation from the rains in February. STAIN GONE! We had a sofa with stubborn wine stains and was about to throw it out when Mike saved us a trip to the dumpster. Mike did a fantastic job — the stains are all out and it looks like new. Excellent job. They were very efficient and polite. Explained everything and got the job done. Needed to clean up spills quickly at an Air B&B rental so I wouldn’t lose my deposit. So I needed help fast. I expected to pay more for an emergency job, but I was really pleased that I didn’t. Made the place spotless in no time and it smelled great. Mike, the proprietor, was awesome!
